SOMETHING COLD AND WHITE
A little pamphlet published by The Bad Seed Press in 1987. I assume most of it was written around the same time as the poems in ‘The Flat of the Land’. My memory isn’t what I think it used to be, but the collection was dedicated to my good friends, the late and great American poet Lydia Tomkiw and her then husband Don Hedeker. The title comes from one of Lydia’s poems. If you don’t know Lydia’s work you should check it out. She and Don recorded as Algebra Suicide, and Google will tell you the rest.
Out of print, naturally.
